On Saturday, June 18th, we had approximately 20 IBEW 824 members volunteer to either sort/package food in the warehouse or hand food out to families in need. In the morning, Erik Jones, Dora Mullis, Michelle Agne, Tim Coolidge, Xavier Ortiz, Luis Rodriguez and wife Tracy, Matthew Burnett and wife Kristin, and Scott Hufsmith were part of the volunteers that provided 4 days worth of food to over 200 families in a 3 hour period. In the afternoon, the volunteers below sorted donated food at the warehouse for just under 3 hours. Thanks to all who volunteered to make this day a success and to every member that participated by donating food over the past few months. Our Local Union definitely made a difference in quite a few lives.
