Bargaining Update #6

This report will cover what has been agreed to between the Company and your bargaining committee since the last report.  The following MOA's have been agreed upon:

Healthcare Committee
Mail Order Prescription Plan (MOPP)
Long-Term Disability (LTD) - which was increased from 12 to 18 months
Point of Service (POS - medical benefit description plan) - new to include Substance Abuse and Mental Health out of network benefits at 70%.  Currently there is NO out of network coverage for those items.  All medical insurance premiums will continue to be paid by the Company.

New MOA's that have been agreed upon:

Contractor Committee
Long-Term Care Plan

Your Committee believes bargaining is moving along well at this time and we will continue to keep all members updated of the progress made at the table.
