Information we received by viewing the Benefits website states that if you currently have BCBS Alabama, you will be automatically switched to Anthem BCBS. If you want to keep the same coverages, the ONLY thing you have to do is choose your Primary Care Physician (PCP) again, so you can receive a new Insurance card.
