We were informed by the Company this afternoon that they will not be ready to discuss any type of an incentive for Florida employees until next month. They are still looking at numbers within classifications, which were not named, and will notify the Union when they are ready to discuss numbers. Until that time, there will be no announcements of a surplus in any classification as well.
We were also notified that once the meeting does take place, it will be for Florida employees only, and will not include California or Texas. They will have their own individual state meetings.
If you hear of anything about an incentive being brought to the Union, please notify me as soon as you can. When there is a meeting, I will be notifying the Officers and Chiefs, then a posting will be made on this website. Again, if you hear anything different than what is posted here, please notify the Union Hall.
