Brothers and Sisters,
I just want to start by saying what a pleasure it has been to meet so many of you during our Membership Training. If you would like to attend please call the hall so we can get you scheduled.
During the last month Robert, Zaida Menendez, Chief Steward in the CSSC and myself met with management and members to discuss the state of the center. We have met with 9 teams and should conclude by next week. Robert asked for your input. We want to hear from you. Zaida and I have continued to meet with management each Thursday listening to random calls of members that have gone on a form of discipline and have filed a grievance. The majority of these write ups this month have been for not using the Power Pitch tool and the Sales Process. We have been getting 3rd steps grievances heard. We have had about 50 members from the CSSC go through membership training.
Robert and I have a parking lot meeting scheduled for the BSC on November 11th at 7:30am on the east side of the building. We hope to see you there.
Sherry Waters, Chief Steward in E-Commerce and I have continued to meet with management to get 3rd steps heard. We have had 8 members from E-Commerce attend membership training.
We have not been able to send any members from the SST or 301 Complex to membership training due to increase of work. We will start scheduling again after the New Year.
I attended the VZ Plus environmental meeting with Carl Newsome, Steward in Countryside and Andy Ballesto RSC in St. Pete. We discussed the ongoing issues with SPOT and training for members that are bumping into the VZ Plus stores. Please support our brother and sisters in the VZ Plus stores if you are in need of any cell phone services or accessories.
